Petr Benčík defended his championship title famously. He fought master double for our team when he gained gold in road race after Hudeček who had won time trial.

Benčík won three times in last four years this road race. Benčík won his Czech title on the home stetch in spurt with Zdeněk Štybar who was the most viewed man in race and Leopold König in fantastic scenery behind on Svatý Kopeček in Olomouc. Leopold König won on tyre with Zdeněk Štybar. Rider of Quick Step team took bronze.

Our Jiří Hudeček is new Champion of the Czech Republic in time trial. After three years of František Raboň victories who didn´t race this year, has title gone back to our team. Stanislav Kozubek was the last cyclist who gained title for our team and he took hated fourth place this year. Jiří Hudeček ended hard forty four kilometers long track in country around Šumperk in sovereign time 1:06:37. Nearest to our cyclist was Jan Bárta from NetApp team who lost only seven seconds and he finished in the second place as last year. Reigning champion Tomáš Okrouhlický from Sparta team lost fifty six seconds and he was the last one who lost less than one minute to Hudeček. After fourth Kozubek finished in the best five Milan Kadlec from Dukla Praha, experienced track cyclist and sovereign of this year cup.

Stage race of 2.UCI kategory will start in Poland from Wednesday. It will be traditional Course de Solidarnosc with ours Petr Benčík, Tomáš Bucháček, Jiří Hudeček, Stanislav Kozubek, František Paďour a Joshua Prete. Riders Tomáš Danačík, Vojtěch Dlouhý, David Dvorský, Josef Hošek, Marc Reynes and Jakub Večeřa will go race of 1.UCI category GP Kranj in Slovenia at the weekend.
