He built on victory of his last year team mate Leopold König.

The gold is more valuable this year then last year because the race is included to 2. UCI category.

He managed to keep his half minute leading in the last stage before silver Polish Baranowski who is cyclist of the former Armstrong team US Postal. The same was with bronze Jiří Hudeček, team mate of Kozubek. We had four riders in the first ten, in eighth place was Tomáš Bucháček and immediately after him Petr Benčík.
